L3: Advanced Classes

Instructor approval required

These classes are for those students who have existing skills and wish to take them to the next level. We will refine techniques in a structured class setting. Advanced students are expected to be able to work on drills and skills independently and safely within the class and knowing where their limits are that day.
 

These classes require a high degree of awareness, strength and risk management. If you are not sure if you are suitable for this class, please take our L2: Intermediate classes or L1: Beginner & Hero classes first.
