Here we answer some of the frequently asked questions across all our programs, from playgroup and kids classes to our adult classes. We also have general etiquette that we practice at Trybe to help us create a safe and welcoming environment for all ages.

OPENING HOURS: We are open 7 days a week. Mon-Fri: 9am - 9pm Sat: 9am - 6pm Sun - 9:30am - 1:30pm
SCHEDULE Does the schedule stay the same throughout the year? ADULT SCHEDULE: Our adult schedule stays the same throughout the year. We do make minor changes and updates every month. For schedule updates, pay attention to our monthly newsletter, or follow us on instagram @trybehk. KIDS SCHEDULE: Our Kids schedule stays the same throughout the term. We do make changes and updates every term. PLAYGROUP SCHEDULE: The playgroup schedule stays the same throughout the term. We may make minor changes to the schedule every term.
TOURING OUR FACILITY Can I take a tour of the gym? Tours to check out our equipment and see our facilities are not guaranteed and are done out of courtesy. It is crucial for you to check with our front desk team for availability and permission from upper management.
