L2: Intermediate classes

Refine & expand your skills with us

Intermediate level classes require students to have been through our HERO program & L1 classes first to have the required body awareness and understanding of the skills we teach in our L2 classes. Each of these classes have their own relevant pre-requisites as they require a higher level of body & spatial awareness and strength.

We have two distinct performance tracks. The Adult Gymnastics track will cover gymnastics focused skills, apparatus, techniques and performances. The Circus track will cover more non-linear skills, creative movement, various circus equipment, techniques and performances.

Our adult programs are taught in a structured class format. These intermediate classes are designed towards specialising in skills, or learning to create completely original choreography as a group to showcase at our Festival or exhibition days. Emphasis is placed on fine-tuning techniques as well as necessary strength & conditioning to achieve skills.

If you're not sure where to start, check out our HERO Program! We designed this program to be the foundation of all our existing classes. No matter what level you are at, you will gain something out of our HERO Program.
