L2: Intermediate classes

Refine & expand your skills with us

Intermediate level classes require students to have been through our HERO program & L1 classes first to have the required body awareness and understanding of the skills we teach in our L2 classes. Each of these classes have their own relevant pre-requisites as they require a higher level of body & spatial awareness and strength.

 

Our adult programs are taught in a structured class format. These intermediate classes are for those students who wish to focus more on specific skills and disciplines. Emphasis is placed on fine-tuning techniques as well as necessary strength & conditioning to achieve skills.

If you're not sure where to start, check out our HERO Program! We designed this program to be the foundation of all our existing classes. No matter what level you are at, you will gain something out of our HERO Program.

Class Pre-Requisites:

  • Coach recommendation from our HERO Program

OR

  • Able to kick to HS on wall

  • 3 chin ups

  • 10 full range push ups

About the Class:

  • Bodyweight fundamentals - upper, lower and mobility

​

  • Build strength and muscles without relying on external weights

​

  • Learn to defy gravity on rings, bars and the floor
     

  • Take your newfound skills to further levels in our Cirque, Bars and MAG class!

L2: gymnastics strength & Conditioning

Class Pre-Requisites:

  • ​Coach recommendation from our L1: Handstand class

OR

  • 10s free handstand

  • comfortable bailing

  • can practice without a spot and wall

About the Class:

  • An advanced Handstand class suitable for those working away from the wall

​

  • Hold your handstand longer and straighter

​

  • Learn various entries as well as how to press

​

  • Everything taught in this class will also set you up for your one arm journey. with different handstand surfaces and equipment (eg canes)

L2: handstands

L2: tumbling

  • Coach recommendation from our HERO Program

AND

  • Dive rolls

  • Hurdle Cartwheels

  • Not afraid to kick up to Handstand away from the wall

  • Backward Rolls

About the Class:

  • An intermediate tumbling class, not suitable for beginners​​

​

  • Improve and expand upon your basic tumbles

​

  • Build body & aerial awareness, trust and confidence in your ability to execute gymnastics flips

​

  • Understand flipping techniques to help you refine and land skills independently â€‹

​

  • Show off your skills during our Trybe Festival!

Learn skills and routines that you can showcase at our annual Trybe Day showcase!

L2: cirque 101

Class Pre-Requisites:

  • Coach recommendation from our Thursday 7pm HERO Strength class

AND

  • 1 Pull up

  • Kick up into Handstand

  • Cartwheel

  • Dive Roll

About the Class:

  • A Trybe signature class, a perfect blend of skill, laughter and craziness

​

  • Experience an array of different aerial equipment

​

  • Learn the basics of throwing (or getting thrown by) your classmates!

​

The Cirque101 class constantly evolves based on student’s interests, whether its performance or new skills we will be covering what YOU want to learn arm different jump entries and handstand positions​​

L2: uneven bars

Class Pre-Requisites:

  • Coach recommendation from our HERO Program

AND

  • 10s wall handstand

  • 30s dish

  • 1 chin up, 1 pull up or 1 pullover

  • front support on the bar

 
If you have never tried gymnastics type movements before, we recommend joining our HERO series classes first.

About the Class:

  • Hong Kong’s only Uneven Bars class for adults

​

  • Learn squat ons, glide kips and transitions between bars

​

  • Build immense shoulder and core strength drilling gymnastics techniques

​

  • String skills together to form mini or even full routines that you can perform!

Class Pre-Requisites:

  • Dive rolls

  • Handstand forward roll

  • Backward roll

  • Straight Cartwheel

  • Having an open mind

  • Interested in being able to perform a routine

 
If you have never tried gymnastics type movements before, we recommend joining our HERO series classes first.

About the Class:

  • Another Trybe signature class, this 1.5 hour session rotates across floor beam bars and vault skills.

​

  • Layer grace and poses on top of your skills

​

  • Work hard play hard laugh hard (iykyk)​

​

  • Every 6 months we create routines that can be performed during Trybe Festival​​​
