Our dedicated facility has a sprung floor, uneven bars and balance beam for our gymnastics courses. We also have a ninja rig to develop strength and coordination for our kids through play.

Playgroup

Trybe Playgroup is your athlete’s first steps into a lifelong journey of learning. Starting from 6 months old to 3 years old. This is an accompanied class.

Trybe Ninja Program

Our Trybe Ninja Program is a curriculum designed by Trybe to be the athletic foundation for all other sports or a work-out in itself!  This is a progressive curriculum, each week builds on the last. Trybe Ninjas learn about the importance of safety, fun, and teamwork in our holistic (mental + physical approach) to teaching young athletes.

The Trybe Ninja Program attracts students of all backgrounds—from super athletic kids to kids who shy away from other sports. We combine the skills and play of  ninja  training, gymnastics and parkour technique. By harmoniously combining the skill sets from different disciplines, Trybe Ninjas learn to navigate any obstacle in their path with strength, agility, precision and confidence.

Our goal is to inspire your athlete to move with confidence in and out of the gym.

Gymnastics

Trybe offers gymnastics courses from 1.5 years old to adults. We offer both girls and boys gymnastics courses. We incorporate gymnastics foundations into our ninja program as well. Our dedicated facility has a sprung floor, uneven bars and a balance beam. We use our ninja rig to develop strength and coordination for our gymnasts through play.

Gymnastics specific shapes are the foundation of strong & safe gymnastics - and we teach these in every course. Our gymnasts swing, glide, flip, tumble and dance as they work towards full routines.

 

Our goal is to inspire your athlete to love moving and be confident when facing life’s challenges and changes.

Parkour

Trybe parkour classes offer a safe space for students from 7 years old to adults to learn how to skillfully negotiate obstacles of all shapes and sizes. Students learn the foundations of vaulting, jumping, climbing, and how to combine them all with ‘flow’.

Although parkour is traditionally practiced outdoors, our team of coaches use the modular, purpose-made obstacles in our gym to tailor every lesson to the needs of the students. From soft mats, to vault boxes, to parkour scaffolding, everything can be modified to provide appropriate progressions for each and every student.

Our ‘from the ground up’ approach to instruction allows our students to build strength, confidence, resilience, and a high skill level while learning how to manage risk safely.

Acrobatics & Tricking

Our acrobatics classes mix Circus Acro, Tricking, and Floor Acrobatics from Contemporary Dance.

We teach cartwheels, walkovers, flips, tricking combinations and more. Our kids-, teens-, and adult classes are all popular with both guys and girls and we host highly skilled and passionate instructors - both male and female.

On top of the physical skills Trybe's Acro classes aim to develop a solid mix of discipline and curiosity in our students.
