Ninja program

Our TrybeKids Ninja Program cares for your athlete's mental and physical growth and wellbeing. Our primary goal is to inspire your athlete to fall in love with movement and feel confident facing life's challenges in and outside of the gym.

​The difference between our upper level ninja classes and our skill specific gymnastics & parkour programs is specialisation. If your child just wants to have fun swinging, climbing & cartwheeling, then the Ninja classes lets them learn skills without pressure to compete. Our skill specific classes will all eventually lead to competition.

​

​TrybeKids Courses are enrolled on a term basis, which means we do not allow drop-in trials during term time. You can trial our classes when we hold our Camps.To be notified for our next enrollment cycle and camps, please join our kids mailing list.

3 - 3.11 yo

BEGINNER LEVEL - 45mins

​ABOUT THE CLASS:

  • ​New to independent classes (no care-givers on site, drop off sessions)

  • Focused on emotional milestones

  • Learn to balance, climb, swing, roll and land safely to prepare them for our future gymnastics and parkour classes

4 - 4.11 yo

BEGINNER LEVEL - 45mins

ABOUT THE CLASS:​

  • Familiar with independent classes (no caregivers on site, drop off sessions)

  • Are able to focus and complete movement goals in class

  • Learn to balance, climb, swing, roll and land safely to prepare them for our future gymnastics and parkour classes

5 - 6.5 yo

BEGINNER LEVEL - 60MINS

​ABOUT THE CLASS:

  • Introduces gymnastics & parkour skills

  • Build strength & endurance with bigger swings & higher jumps

  • Learn basic coordination & problem solving skills through fun obstacle courses

6.5 - 8 yo

INTERMEDIATE LEVEL - 60MINS

PRE-REQUISITE:

  • Must have done 1 term in Ninja 1

ABOUT THE CLASS:

  • Learn gymnastics & parkour skills

  • Begin learning backwards skills

  • Face greater heights in climbing, swinging and jumping

ninja 2: Boy's gymnastics
6.5 - 8 yO

INTERMEDIATE LEVEL - 60MINS

PRE-REQUISITE:

  • Must have done 1 term in Ninja 1 (grip strength & endurance extremely important!)

ABOUT THE CLASS:

  • Gymnastics focused Ninja class

  • Build grip strength, full body strength, awareness, endurance &  coordination

  • Learn rings, parallel bars & introduction to foundational MAG skill

​

​This is a pre-requisite class. Students must take this class in order to be able to move to the Advanced Boy's Gymnastics Class

7.5 - 11 yo

INTERMEDIATE LEVEL - 60MINS

PRE-REQUISITE:​

  • Must have done 1 year in Ninja 2

ABOUT THE CLASS:

  • Introduces trampoline and more complex drills & skills

  • Build body coordination, spatial awareness & strength
