Our signature HERO classes are designed for absolute adult beginners who want to start, or re-start, their gymnastics journey! Our HERO classes are designed to be a whole program that you can take together to boost your confidence, and see best progress and results. You can also take an individual class within the program that targets your needs.

HERO FLIGHT

Get comfortable throwing yourself at big fat mats
Created for beginners and open to all levels. Run, jump & hurdle your way into flips. You will also be taught how to fall and bail safely to save yourself from injuries. Incorporating vaults, rolls, swings & flips from the gymnastics, parkour & circus worlds, you’ll soon be flipping fearlessly!
This can feel like a fast paced class, so we highly recommend taking Hero STRENGTH and Hero FLEX to really help you build your agility, power and body awareness.

HERO STRENGTH

Created for beginners and open to all levels. Hero Strength approaches gymnastics and acrobatics skills from a strength angle. We break skills down into familiar fitness exercises that will build power, strength and endurance. At the end of class, you will always get a chance to apply your strength & conditioning to the skill of the session.

HERO FLEX
Develop body awareness & strength in all ranges

Mobility and flexibility for gymnastics, acrobatics, circus & calisthenics

Learn to engage tiny muscles and build strength in your end ranges to reduce injuries

Build body awareness & control of your body as you stretch
Created for beginners and open to all levels. Hero Flex approaches gymnastics and acrobatics skills from a flexibility & mobility angle. We break skills into familiar stretching exercises that will teach you how to maintain body tension, build deep core strength and increase your flexibility.

HERO HANDSTANDS
Build strength, awareness & confidence upside down
Created for beginners, and open to those who are still working on taking their handstand off the wall.
You will:

HERO TRAMPOLINE
