This is where you start when you want to learn how to fall, swing, roll and jump safely while also having a lot of fun exploring many different movements and disciplines!



If you don't know where to start, we always recommend our signature HERO classes!


Our HERO Flight, Flex and Strength classes are the first step to giving you confidence in yourself and your movements. Build a strong and agile foundation and awareness for when you’re ready to explore our Level 2 classes!
