Internship Adults Program

Build customer service & communication skills

Coming in 2x/week, 7-9pm.

Minimum 1 month commitment

Fluent in either English or Cantonese

Duties:

Greeting and signing in clients to class

Handling payments and general inquiries

Filming classes for social media

Getting to know our community

Part Time Receptionist Adults Program

5x/week (6:30pm - 9:30pm) + Saturday afternoon (10:30am - 2:30pm)

Fluent in at least 2 languages (English, Cantonese or Mandarin)

Job duties:

Filming classes for social media
Signing in clients for class
Getting to know our clients & our community
- recommending classes that will help them get to their goals with us
- reminding them of our upcoming adult community events
Handling new class enquiries
Handling payments
Opening and closing duties, simple O&M

Full Time Receptionist

5x/week + Saturday afternoon

Fluent in at least 2 languages (English, Cantonese or Mandarin)

At least 2 years experience in similar field Job duties

Adults:

Signing in clients for class.
Get to know our clients & community.
- recommending classes that will help them get to their goals with us.
- reminding them of our upcoming adult community events.
Handing new class enquiries. (in-person, whatsapp, emails, instagram)
Handling payments.
Filming classes for social media
Opening and closing duties, simple O&M.
Assisting in organising & communicating events

Kids:

Handling parent enquiries.
Assisting in signing in kids for their classes & directing them to their class.
Assisting in organising & communicating events

Full Time Coach Adults Program

5x/week + 1 weekend afternoon

Fluent in English (Cantonese or Mandarin is bonus)
Having a coaching certification is helpful but not necessary

Who You Are:

You are interested in teaching beginners how to move safely & efficiently.
You are interested in learning progressions & regressions to make movement accessible to all ages & all levels.
You are interested in learning different types of disciplines, including but not limited to - gymnastics, handstands, calisthenics, trampoline, acrobatics, circus, aerial, etc.
You are proactive about learning new skills (coaching or training), refining your skills (coaching or training) and maintaining training for yourself.

Job duties:

Coaching 6 days a week
Running Trybe Adult programs with Trybe Values
Signing in your clients for class
Getting to know our adult clients & community
- recommending classes that will help them get to their goals with us
- reminding them of our upcoming adult community events
Supporting our community events as a Trybe coach
Opening & closing duties
