Full Time Adult Coach

(General Fitness, Acrobatics & Gymnastics)

About the Role:
We’re looking for a friendly, passionate coach who truly cares about making a positive difference in people’s lives. If you love helping beginners grow, thrive, and feel good about movement, you’ll fit right in here! We want someone who believes in building resilience — physically, emotionally, and mentally — and enjoys creating a supportive space for everyone to succeed.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Inspire students with your positivity and encourage them to develop a love for movement.

  • Help build physical resilience by teaching safe, efficient movement and preventing injuries.

  • Support students emotionally by fostering a growth mindset and celebrating progress.

  • Push students mentally by guiding them beyond their comfort zones in a safe, encouraging way.

  • Love teaching beginners and enjoy building them up from the ground up.

  • Be a team player by sharing students and supporting your colleagues’ success.

  • Help students progress into our Trybe Adult training program through great coaching and encouragement.

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • About 1-2 years of coaching experience in acrobatics, gymnastics, or similar.

  • Able to give clear instructions and make helpful adjustments.

  • Passionate about teaching beginners and helping them build confidence.

  • Open to sharing students and working as part of a supportive team.

 

Availability:

  • Evenings and Sundays availability is needed.

Full Time Front Desk Coordinator / Receptionist

​Salary: HKD 20,000 - 22,000 per month  

Working Schedule: 5 days a week + Saturday afternoons

 

About the Role

We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented, and proactive Full-Time Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our studio. If you enjoy building relationships, creating efficient processes, and contributing to a vibrant community, this is the perfect role for you!

 

In this position, you'll support both adult and kids’ clients, help manage daily operations, and be an active part of fostering a warm, inclusive environment. Please note, this role involves helping coaches move equipment and assisting with class transitions, you won’t be sitting behind the desk all the time!

 

Key Responsibilities

For Adult Clients:

  • Sign in clients for classes and activities

  • Get to know our clients & community

    • Recommend classes that align with their goals

    • Remind them of upcoming adult community events

  • Handle new class inquiries via in-person, WhatsApp, email, and Instagram

  • Manage payments efficiently

  • Film classes for social media content

  • Perform opening and closing duties, including basic operations & maintenance

  • Assist in organizing and communicating events

  • Support coaches during floor transitions between classes

  • Help coaches move equipment and set up classes as needed

 

For Kids and Parent Interactions:

  • Answer parent inquiries with warmth and professionalism

  • Help sign kids in for their classes and direct them accordingly

  • Assist in organizing and communicating kids’ events

  • Support coaches during floor transitions between classes

  • Help coaches move equipment and set up classes as needed

What We’re Looking For

  • Fluent in at least two languages (English, Cantonese, Mandarin)

  • 2+ years’ experience in a similar role

  • Enjoy building relationships across all ages

  • Flexible and comfortable working in a noisy environment

  • Able to assist with equipment setup and class transitions

Internship Adults Program

Build customer service & communication skills

Coming in 2x/week, 7-9pm.

Minimum 1 month commitment

Fluent in either English or Cantonese

​

Duties:

Greeting and signing in clients to class

Handling payments and general inquiries

Filming classes for social media

Getting to know our community

​
