L3: advanced classes

Challenge Accepted. Let’s Go!

Advanced level classes require our students to have progressed through our HERO programs and L2 classes. Students with existing backgrounds wishing to join advanced classes may still be requested to take our intermediate or intro classes to understand Trybe’s teaching style. Each advanced class has its own set of pre-requisites and higher levels of demand in body control, strength and mobility.

All classes are taught in a structured class format that involves warmup, stretching, strength & conditioning and drills on top of learning individual skills. Advanced students are expected to be keeping up with their own conditioning outside of class as well in order to progress through our classes safely.

Our advanced classes are suitable for those who have specific goals, performance aspirations and an open mind to new approaches. Students need to be able to work independently, and be able to assess their own risks and capabilities throughout class. We always still recommend anyone taking our L3 classes to supplement their training with our other classes as well for best results.
