Our adult classes focus on developing body awareness, coordination and understanding of the skill. We believe this is key to achieving any skill you set your mind to. We pride ourselves in creating a friendly, judgement free environment for everyone to build confidence and have fun while learning exciting new skills.

If you're not sure where to start, check out our HERO Program! We designed this program to be the foundation of all our existing classes. No matter what level you are at, you will gain something out of our HERO Program.
