About the Course:
Limited time 4-week course for those interested in learning handstands but don't know how or where to start!
We're bringing back one of our most popular courses again! This 4 week introductory course to handstands that will prep you with all the fundamentals and concepts so that you can jump right into our classes without any worry. We will cover topics related to stacking, muscle activation, mobility as well as how to structure and what to expect from a long term handstand practice. You will experience improvements in your handstand control and stability after the course!
This course is suitable for those with no to little experience, and the longer structure will allow our coaches to give you more personal corrections. Come with an open mind to learn and have fun!
This is a beginner level class not suitable for intermediate students. Highly recommended to our current HERO Flight and Core students!
