About the Course:
Limited time 4-week course for those interested in balance beam. You can take one class, or both!
Learn foundational drills that apply to all beam skills. Learn to hold yourself tighter and taller to balance more efficiently on the beam. Put them all together to finish the course with your own beam routine including a:
- mount
- turn
- skill
- pose
- dismount
No prior experience necessary, but please come with an open mind to learn and have fun!
This is a beginner level class. It can also be suitable for intermediate students in floor skills, but have limited experience on the balance beam. Highly recommended to our current HERO Flight and Core students!
