Trybe has the workshop for you!

 

In our inversion workshop, Thais and Rodney will break down the Macaco which is a great entrance into moves like the back handspring but also an awesome move in and of itself.

We will also break down the Ariel - or cartwheel without hands - a move desired by many (go ask your friends!)

Rather than simply throwing you into it, we will provide you with detailed progressions, strength, and mobility exercises making these cool-looking moves easier to learn. 

 

There are not a lot of prerequisites but being able to do a cartwheel will make the workshop more digestible.

Entire workshop $1000HKD solo / $1700 for pairs. (Please contact us directly to process the discounted pair pricing)

Every student is also offered 1 Beginners Acrobatics class (300$ value) 2 month expiry from the end of the workshop date.
