Unleash your child’s creative and athletic potential in Teens Parkour!

A highly creative art form, Parkour entails negotiating obstacles while running, climbing, swinging, vaulting, jumping, and rolling in an improvisational manner. Our classes at Trybe will challenge students to navigate different obstacles and allow them to learn how to manage risk safely. This class is designed to challenge pre-teen and teens both mentally and physically. Although the classes can be highly physical, we emphasize movement intelligence, safety, discipline, respect and teamwork. The movements practiced can be modified based on skill and strength.

Coach:Student Ratio: 1:8

Recommended for: 10+ years old

Prerequisites: Be able to reliably demonstrate step vault, lazy vault, parkour roll, cartwheel, rail balance, and bar swing.
