L2: Gymnastics Strength & Conditioning

Class Pre-Requisites:

  • Able to kick to HS on wall

  • 30s hang or 1 chin up

  • 5 full range kneeling pushups

or

  • prior experience in our L1: HERO classes

A bodyweight focused class that builds strength, mobility and balance through a mix of gymnastic exercises. The class will utilize different gymnastics apparatus and combine pushing, pulling, bending, jumping and balance exercises. Expect a good sweat, challenge your limits and pick up a few new moves on the way!
