Already know how to roll and cartwheel? Want to throw yourself into a flip but still need to learn how? HERO Flight is perfect for you!
Created for beginners and open to all levels. This class is for those who need to learn coordination and build familiarity with momentum. You will learn how to run, jump & hurdle your way into flips. You will also be taught how to fall and bail safely to save yourself from injuries. Incorporating vaults, rolls, swings & flips from the gymnastics, parkour & circus worlds, you’ll soon be flipping fearlessly!
For best results, we recommend taking HERO Strength & Flex in conjunction with this class.
L1: HERO Flight
Perfect for those who still need a little more time understanding how to use their shoulders and find their balance line in handstands. Fine tune technique, entries & exits.Fine tune technique, entries & exits. + Want to kick up into a handstand or working on balancing away from the wall? Want to understand what that elusive ‘line’ is?
Anyone can kick up into a handstand & eventually balance too. This class builds the strength, mobility & awareness you need in your shoulders & body to find your handstand.
We highly recommend NOT missing the warm up & conditioning parts of this class, as they are the most important parts of building your handstand and understanding the cues the coaches tell you when you do go upside down.
L1: Handstands
Created for beginners. This class will build full body strength, coordination & rhythm for the uneven bars. + This class will teach foundational gymnastics bars skills on the
uneven bars. Learn techniques, shapes & bar rhythm while building
insane upper body strength. Using the rings, the bars & the floor,
we will teach you pullovers, back hip circles, casts, swings and jumps
on the bars. You'll be flying around the bars like a pro in no time!
