Alex Lopez is a passionate and experienced fitness coach that uses his background in circus performance and martial arts to create a safe but challenging space for his students.

Alex believes in an integrated approach to fitness. Incorporating training methodology from disciplines as diverse as yoga, strongman, boxing or bodybuilding to create an overall workout experience.

His passion for Circus and performing arts drove him to co-create "Acro Hongkong', hosting the Hong kong ’s community Acrojam for years.

He is always on the lookout to keep developing as a coach and his passion for learning these skills has brought him to study with circus and fitness teachers around the world.​
