Superhero Strong takes the strength concepts that we have previously learned in Hero Strong to the next level by challenging students with a wider variety of techniques and tasks! We will draw on exercises from Strongman, Kettlebell sport, Martial Arts based conditioning, gymnastics, and more in order to keep this class continuously fresh. Learn how to take your strength levels to new heights by lifting odd objects, or in ways that you wouldn’t have dreamed of before!
