Watched the Womens Artistic Gymnastics and always wanted to try your hand at the uneven bars? This class is for you!


Created for beginners. This class will build full body strength, coordination & rhythm for the uneven bars.

Using the rings, the bars & the floor, we will teach you techniques and safe progressions towards getting pullovers, back hip circles, casts, swings and jumps on the bars.

We’ll have you swinging, rolling and jumping around the bars in no time!
