Take your existing calisthenic skills to the next level. Learn to defy gravity and build upper body strength through advanced calisthenics skills.

This class is designed for those who already have some familiarity with bodyweight training & want to start learning more gravity defying moves. You will begin working towards planches and crosses.

A variety of training tools such as the dream machine will also be introduced to allow students to feel out new positions.
