Powerlifting is a strength sport focusing on the big 3 lifts: Squat, Benchpress and Deadlift. Classes are open to all levels and run on a structured training program for full body training and continued progress. Whether your goal is to compete, or just learn how to lift with good form, the training sessions will get you strong in our barbell community
