L3: Calisthenics

Class Pre-Requisites:

  • 5 pullups

  • straight arm skin the cat

  • able to kick into a handstand

  • 10 second ring support

or

  • regular L2: Calisthenics student

An advanced bodyweight class that focuses on gravity defying moves. Planches, levers, handstands are a staple of this class. Come here to push yourself to the limit!


Learn to defy gravity and build unrivaled upper body strength through advanced calisthenics routines.


This class is designed for those who already have some familiarity with bodyweight training. We will take the basics to the next level by introducing more gravity defying exercises such as planches and crosses. A variety of training tools such as the dream machine will also be introduced to allow students to feel out new positions.
