L2: Swings & Adagio Course

Class Pre-Requisites:


  • kick to handstand

  • hold a 10s bridge


  • 5 squats @ 75% bodyweight

  • overhead press @ 50% bodyweight OR 20s handstand hold

Looking for something different from acrobatics and tumbling tricks & skills?

Group swings is basically a build-your-own-rollercoaster with your friends! It is a fun and dynamic circus discipline that involves throwing your friends around in different patterns and shapes. 


After building trust with each other, you can connect the swings into throws, catches and gorgeous lifts.

An activity you may have encountered as a kid, come and learn the grown up version with safe progressions and proper technique with us!
