L1: Beginner Bars

Your starting springboard for calisthenics & gymnastics. Created for beginners. This class will build full body strength, coordination & rhythm for the uneven bars.

This class will teach foundational gymnastics bars skills on the uneven bars.


Learn techniques, shapes & bar rhythm while building insane upper body strength. Using the rings, the bars & the floor, we will teach you pullovers, back hip circles, casts, swings and jumps on the bars. 


You'll be flying around the bars like a pro in no time!
