Has your child always wanted to do gymnastics but had too much on their plate? Used to do gymnastics when they were younger and would like to have a bit of fun again? Take them to Trybe for 2 hours to explore parkour and acrobatics! Students will be working on basic tumbling as well as parkour concepts like vaulting, bar swings, lache, and free running.
The camp will include fun group warmups, dynamic stretches, strength conditioning, flexibility, jumps, and tumbling drills.
