Unleash your child’s creative and athletic potential in Junior Parkour!

A highly creative art form, Parkour entails negotiating obstacles while running, climbing, swinging, vaulting, jumping, and rolling in an improvisational manner. Our classes at Trybe will challenge students to navigate different obstacles and allow them to learn how to manage risk safely. This class is designed to challenge kids aged 8-11 both mentally and physically. Although the classes can be highly physical, we emphasize movement intelligence, safety, discipline, respect and teamwork. The movements practiced can be modified based on skill and strength.

Teens Parkour

Coach:Student Ratio: 1:8

Recommended for: 10+ years old

Prerequisites: Be able to reliably demonstrate 6’ precision jumps, kong vault, dive forward roll, cartwheel, rail balance, and bar swing.
