Acro Parkour is an athletic class designed to help students work on transitions, connections, and acrobatic movements within parkour. In this class students will start to refine their movement and style. Students will work on the basics of flips and learn to connect them with parkour lines and runs. This class will challenge students to think outside of the box and find new ways to explore their movement!

Recommended for: 10+ years old

Prerequisites: Be able to reliably demonstrate 6’ precision jumps, kong vault, dive forward roll, cartwheel, rail balance, and bar swing.
