Hero Strong is a full-body workout for all levels - beginners encouraged. This is the Trybe Strength sampler pack: get fit with a mashup of exercises from different strength families - olympic lifting, core, calisthenics and swing strength. We blended these disciplines ourselves while pursuing our own goals and now we are sharing our strength training workouts with you. Whether you are trying to get your first pull up, develop your handstand hold, have a tighter flip, or get confident in your lifting technique, this class will have something for you. Beginners encouraged, all-levels welcomed.
