Not your typical “core” class!
Want to fly high in our Flight classes? Or currently trying to fly high but falling a little short? Conditioning is your best friend. Our Hero Core classes are open to all levels, using body weight exercises targeted at building full body tension, coordination, strength and timing. Using gymnastics apparatus such as the Beam and the Uneven Bars, this class addresses the conditioning that we all need but can’t get enough of in class. Learn to engage the muscles you never knew you needed so you can fly high.
