L1: HERO signature SERIES

If you don't know where to start, we always recommend our signature HERO series!


Our HERO Flight, Flex and Strength classes are the first step to giving you confidence in yourself and your movements. Build a strong and agile foundation and awareness for when you’re ready to explore our Level 2 classes!


Our HERO classes are designed to be taken together so you can:

  • Build a strong & agile fitness foundation

  • Develop body awareness

  • Make fun skills less intimidating

L1: HERO Flight

Manage your 'flipping' fears with us! 

  • Learn to fall, flip, jump & roll 

  • Build coordination & familiarity with momentum 

  • Get comfortable throwing yourself at big fat mats 

Created for beginners and open to all levels. You will learn how to run, jump & hurdle your way into flips. You will also be taught how to fall and bail safely to save yourself from injuries. Incorporating vaults, rolls, swings & flips from the gymnastics, parkour & circus worlds, you’ll soon be flipping fearlessly!

L1: HERO Flex

Can't lift your arms over your head? Can't kick with your legs straight? No flexy, No flippy! 

You could have all the technique, strength & conditioning in the world, but without flexibility or mobility, your dream skills will still be impossible to achieve. 

Open for all-levels, learn how to increase your strength in a larger range of motion through active stretching, prehab & rehab drills. Build smoother movements & prevent injury to achieve your dream skills!

L1: HERO Strength

Strength & Conditioning using a mix of gymnastics exercises to improve your coordination, power & endurance for better results in our gymnastics, tumbling and acrobatics classes!

This class is designed to supplement the gymnastics skills in our advanced classes. Build strength, mobility and balance with different gymnastics apparatus and combine pushing, pulling, bending, jumping and balance exercises.



We know our HERO series can be overwhelming to look at. That's why every few months, we host a HERO Extravaganza!


This 2 hour extravaganza is a super fun express taster of our HERO classes. Get to know our coaches, our teaching style and how these classes build a well rounded foundation for you to get your dream skills!


Wake your muscles and joints up with a HERO Strength & HERO Flex warm up. Then learn cartwheels, swings, rolls & jumps from our HERO Flight section, before putting them all in our signature extravaganza obstacle course!
