Tumbling 2

Open to students who:

Have taken our Tumbling 1 classes or our Tuesday Adult Gymnastics Course


Pre-requisites:

  • Front tuck on floor

  • Round Off

  • Front Handspring

  • Spotted back tuck


For best results, pair with: Calisthenics / Acrobatics / HERO Flex / HERO Core 

Must have taken our Tumbling 1 classes first, or have existing round offs, front handspring & front tucks.

This class will teach you to connect skills in power tumbling, covering all the front and back skills. Upgrade your existing tucks to twists, step outs & layouts.

This is a mixed level of intermediate to advanced students, so you’ll be able to watch how you can eventually work towards connecting multiple power tumbling skills.
