Recommended for: Intermediate - Advanced
Complements any of our FLIGHT / STRONG / CIRQUE / MOBILITY Pillar classes
Have a solid handstand and want to learn different shapes, entries and transitions? Handstand 2 will also teach you to balance on different surfaces and heights. Learn the press, hand balances such as the croc, and maybe even the one arm!
