Adult Gymnastics Course

For anyone who has always wanted to try gymnastics.

Must have a base level of fitness to join. If you are unsure, please try any of our HERO classes first.

More than just tumbling, you will learn routines on four different men & women’s apparatus:
Floor / Balance Beam / Uneven Bars / Gymnastics Rings

Best paired with our: HERO Flight / HERO Core / Beginner Acrobatics classes

The class starts with group stretching & basic conditioning to refine the shapes required to achieve our dream skills. You will then split into 2 groups and rotate between 2 apparatus to work on relevant skills for their level, eventually developing a mini routine of their own on each apparatus. At the end of each session, we will come together for a short cool down or challenging game. The last session of each course will give students (and coaches!) an opportunity to showcase what they have been working on.

Tuesdays 7:30 - 8 PM: Intermediate Level

Fridays 7:30 - 8 PM: All Levels
