Course Description

Stretch everyday but not getting closer to your goals? 

Been told you need to 'stretch more' but don't know how to do it well?

This is a 7 week flexibility course developed for the adult body.


Drop ins are welcome, yet the course structure is progressive and the following topics will be addressed. 

Learn :

1. How to build a program that works with your flexibility phenotype, lifestyle needs, physical limits, and current training program.

2. Simple joint and injury assessments

3. Active flexibility techniques

4. Passive flexibility methods

Both Kevin and Steph have over 20 years of experience working with adult athletes and folks experiencing acute injuries. Increase your range of motion safely with our hands-on and practical approach to flexibility development!

No Prerequisites but please email us at if you have any existing injuries or flexibility goals you want to work on!

Entire course (no partials offered) $2000 HKD

Dropins $400 per class

No refunds are available 

Students may request for course balance to be used as a private lesson OR put towards another class or workshop at Trybe.
