This class covers a range of concepts to explore your handstand practice. Sometimes it finetunes your entry & exit techniques. Sometimes it introduces you to new shapes. Sometimes it deep dives into alignment, mobility and strength. No matter what, you’ll come out of this class with a deeper understanding of your handstand!
