Want to kick up into a handstand or working on balancing away from the wall? Want to understand what that elusive ‘line’ is?
Anyone can kick up into a handstand & eventually balance too. This class builds the strength, mobility & awareness you need in your shoulders & body to find your handstand.
We highly recommend NOT missing the warm up & conditioning parts of this class, as they are the most important parts of building your handstand and understanding the cues the coaches tell you when you do go upside down.
Duration: 1 hour
For best results, we recommend taking HERO Core, Strong & Flex in conjunction with this class.
