Anyone at any age can be strong

When Chris couldn't find a weightlifting gym in Hong Kong, he built his own gym at home. That's how much he loves strength training & weightlifting.

Previously chronically obese and never considered athletic, Chris is now aiming to break the HK weightlifting record in the HK Weightlifting Invitational 2021. Despite how intimidating weightlifting can be at the start for many people, Chris is able to help beginners overcome their fears and challenges.

He loves to share his passion for weightlifting & strength training to all kinds of people, especially those who are age 60+, and show them that anyone at any age can indeed be strong.
