About the Intensive:
Every few months, we hold a 2-hour extravaganza of our signature HERO classes. This is a fun express sampler of our HERO classes that introduces you to a balanced mix of coordination, flexibility, strength and momentum.

How do I join?

Use your existing Trybe class credits for the intensive of your choice. 1 person: T$450 2 People: T$800

Existing Trybe members can login to their account and select the workshop they would like to attend
