About the Intensive:
Taught in the style of our Man Stretch classes, incorporating elements from multiple disciplines such as dance & yoga.
This Walkover Course will guide you towards:
- building strength in your shoulders for kickovers
- learning leg patterns & hip strength to begin your kickover journey
- overall strength to support healthy backbending
- bringing awareness in your body to overcome the fear of dropping into the bridge
How do I join?
Use your existing Trybe class credits for the intensive of your choice. Drop in: $520 Full Course: $2000
Courses are booked in on a first come first serve basis, with priority given to those paying for the full course. If you wish to join the course but cannot make the time slot, or it is full, let us know, we can open a private intensive session with others!
Refunds are not available. Please refer to Trybe FAQ for all other general information and class policies
Take this opportunity to deep dive into specific skills that cannot be covered fully in a large group setting!
