Side plank! It might look easy but it’s a full body workout to stay strong and stable in a side plank. If you want to up the challenge here, feel free to lift the top leg up!

The bottom hand can be placed slightly in front of shoulder for optimal pushing. Push the floor away from you and lengthen the shoulder away from the ears. Press strongly through the outside edge of the bottom foot to lift the hips. Find one straight line from head to toe.

Ah. Dish hold also known as hollow body hold. If you think this is easy, fire it up by holding this hollow body and rocking like a boat. Guaranteed to set your abs on FIRE! 🔥🔥🔥

Key point: lower back must touch the floor! If your legs are low but your lower back pulls off the floor, you’re not building the strength in your core. So bring the legs back up to a minimum of 90 degree. Glue that lower back to the floor, pull bellybutton to spine, and lift the shoulderblades off the floor. Then start to lower the legs until you’re at your limit!

#obliques is another area that a lot of people neglect! These muscles on the side of the abs don't "grow" like the arms and legs, but you can certainly tighten them! This is the Wood chopper! 
This one really takes some practice and getting used to but very worthwhile! Again start off but doing them slow and not to count reps, rather, try and feel and exhaust the muscle!
ABS! We all want to have some by summer, here are a few reminders. 
1) Leg raises!

One of the best exercise for the lower portion of the abs, doesn't have to be hanging, do it on the floor or on a chair, striaght legs, bend knee, weighted etc.

BUT! do it slow, lower abs is can easily dominated by hip flexors during training, don't let that happen! More tips coming!
