Strength Training

Strength training through weights and bodyweight exercises to get stronger, fitter, and more athletic. Train with proper form and technique in powerlifting, weightlifting, accessory lifts and sports performance to improve body composition, speed, and power while staying injury free. Our strength and conditioning classes provide a supportive environment for everyone from complete beginner to advanced athlete.

Body Burn

High-intensity interval training programmed with both strength and cardio based exercises to push your whole body to its limit in just 45 minutes! Be prepared to raise your heart rate and work up a good sweat with bodyweight exercises, kettle bells, battle ropes, dumbbells and more!

Barbell Club - Powerlifting

Powerlifting is a strength sport focusing on the big 3 lifts: Squat, Benchpress and Deadlift. Classes are open to all levels and run on a structured training program for full body training and continued progress. Whether your goal is to compete, or just learn how to lift with good form, the training sessions will get you strong in our barbell community!

Barbell Club - Olympic Weightlifting

Learn and train under a coached program in the highly technical Olympic Lifts: Clean & Jerk and Snatch! Weightlifting is a great tool for developing full body strength, coordination, and explosive power. Our Weightlifting Barbell club includes competitive weightlifters, athletes training weightlifting for their main sport and trainees looking to advance their gym training.

*Foundation in general weight training (e.g. squats, deadlifts, shoulder press) is a requirement, please contact if coming for the first time or attend Strength Training or Barbell Club - Powerlifting first.
