Gymnastic rings or roman rings as the circus crowd call them, are often thought of as an advanced training tool. From a strict gymnastics point of view, rings are just reserved for intermediate and advanced athletes only.  However, at Trybe, we teach everyone how to use the rings as a training tool for upper body strength.

Our gymnastic rings program focuses on progressions for muscle ups, shoulder stands, front and back rolls, front and back levers and more advanced movements.

We break down the skills for our students to grasp muscle control with proper form and technique. Learn different progressions in a fun and supportive environment!
