Gymnastics Fundamentals

Our gymnastics classes prioritize safety, fun, and creativity! Our students learn to follow instructions, build their self-confidence, and improve their strength, coordination and flexibility. Class starts with an engaging warm up, athletic training, and coordination. Emphasis is placed on proper body fundamental positions and landing positions to minimize injury. We guide our students towards mastering advanced skills in gymnastics in a progressive and safe manner.

Starting September 4th, we are starting an 8 week certification program. The classes will be CLOSED ENROLLMENT. 

Mondays, 3:30pm - 4:30pm    3 - 5 year olds

Mondays, 4:30pm - 5:30pm    6 - 9 year olds

 
 

Kids: Acrobatics & Movement (5-12yo)

In this well rounded class, students will build coordination, power, agility, flexibility, balance, and strength in a safe and positive environment. Techniques and ideas are drawn from diverse disciplines, including gymnastics, martial arts, capoeira, circus, dance, and parkour. Each student takes the challenge to their own level and a coach is always there to help and guide them through safe progressions and sequences.

Tuesdays 4pm - 5pm (5-12yo)
Thursdays 4pm - 5pm (5-12yo)
Saturdays 10am - 11am (9-12yo)
Saturdays 1pm - 2pm (5-8yo)

Ninja Family

A unique offering in Hong Kong, Ninja Family allows the entire family (Adults + Children) to learn basic acrobatics and movement skills together.  What better way to spend a weekend with the family? This 60 minute class will feature a mixture of movement games, challenges and introduce new skills that everyone can enjoy and benefit from.

Parents + Kids Aged 5- 12yo

Saturdays 11am-12pm
