Youth Athletics

This class is a combination of gymnastics and athletic training, with a strong focus on athletic development, coordination, speed, agility, and strength as well as injury prevention. We aim to help competitive youth athletes excel at their chosen sport and beyond! All levels from beginners to elite athletes are welcome even if you are using the training for fitness for another sport.

Our youth program is led by Kay Kay Keung, a multisport athlete and Hong Kong National Lacrosse player.  She has won Cross Country and Lacrosse national championships in Hong Kong and America and continues to compete locally and internationally. While loving competition, our focus is always to help young athletes improve themselves mentally and physically.

Ninja Kids

Our signature movement class! Instructors often incorporate an obstacle course at the end of class as a test and guide to see how well students have absorbed the material.

We will be introducing a creative curriculum, including fine motor skill development, patterns, sequencing, critical thinking and much more! The goal is to help children be well rounded movers, instill healthy active habits, and have a life long love for movement!
