TrybeKids Acrobatics Performance Course (9-12yo), Module 1, 8 weeks

Dates: 5/1/19 - 14/4/19 (Sat)

Time: 10:00am - 11:00am

Building creativity through learning physical skills is not an easy feat. TrybeKids Acrobatics aims to help students build their self-confidence while improving their agility, strength, coordination, and flexibility.

This age group requires a higher level of challenge -- we focus on specific skill development, using various elements of circus acrobatics, gymnastics, dance, parkour, and obstacle course races. This structure gives students a lot of fun and exercise while placing a high demand on their creative problem solving abilities.

Students will develop dexterity, strength, and flexibility through a range of creative body-weight exercises. We use specific progressions and sequences to help each student progress at their own pace.

Our syllabus puts greater demand on coordination, alignment, body awareness, strength, and flexibility. Depending on the students' progress, an informal performance showing will be held end of the course.

Maximum of 12 students per term. - FULL for Module 1

We deliver the fundamentals of movement to children in a fun, safe, and progressive environment! Students will develop specific skills and dexterity through a range of creative body-weight exercises.

The class combines various elements of circus acrobatics, gymnastics, dance, parkour, and obstacle course races. This structure gives students a lot of fun and exercise while placing a high demand on their creative problem solving abilities.

We use specific progressions and sequences to help each student develop at their own pace. Depending on the students' progress, an informal performance showing will be held end of the course.

3:30pm - 4:30pm (Level 1)

4.30pm - 5.30pm (Level 2)

We deliver the fundamentals of gymnastics to children in a fun, safe, and progressive environment! Students will develop their gymnastics skills like cartwheels, handstands, high jumps, and dexterity through a range of creative body-weight exercises.

Our syllabus focuses on coordination (eye-hand-foot), body awareness, physical strength, and flexibility. The goal is to help our students understand and control their own body weight, build self confidence, and gain new skills in a supportive yet challenging environment.

Maximum of 10 students per term

Students will learn variations of cartwheels, handstands, beginner tumbling progressions, balances, jumps, turns/leaps, and upper body strength.The focus is on developing gymnastic skill sets and dexterity through a range of creative body-weight exercises.

Our syllabus puts greater demand on coordination, alignment, body awareness, strength, and flexibility. The goal is to help our students progress and build confidence in their bodies!

Maximum of 8 students per term. - FULL for Module 1

TrybeKids Gymnastics Performance Track (6-9yo), Module 1, 6 Weeks 

Dates: 13/2/19 - 28/3/19 (Wed)

Time: 4:30pm - 5:45pm

This course is for students who have developed a good core skill set /coordination and are comfortable with basic gymnastic movements. We focus on specific skill development and introduce students to various gymnastics apparatus such as the balance beam, floor routine, gymnastic rings, and uneven bars (throughout the year).

We use specific progressions and sequences to help each student develop at their own pace. Our syllabus puts greater demand on physical ability, coordination, alignment, body awareness, strength, and flexibility.

The goal is to help our students become highly independent and self aware/disciplined, build self confidence, and gain new skills in a supportive yet challenging environment.

Maximum of 7 students per term

Teens: Tumbling 1 (12-16yo) Drop-In Class

Day & Time: Sun 11:00am - 12:00pm

This Tumbling for Teens program is for students of 12 years and older, who have an interest in tumbling and with some prior experience.

Students will work towards individual goals with an emphasis on Round-Offs, Back Handsprings, Front Tuck and Back Tucks.

A Great class your kids to expend energy as well as develop new and fun skills!

*For experienced children who are outside of the specified age group, an evaluation class can be setup with a coach to determine if they can join the class.

**This class is not suitable for those who have competitive routines already.

$250 for each drop-in class
