Kay Kay grew up playing competitive sports and turned her passion into a career by becoming a Certified Strength & Conditioning Coach and Exercise Physiologist. Believing fit lifestyles are for everyone, she has a wide range of experience from working with hospital outpatients to training competitive athletes.
As a multisport athlete, Kay Kay’s personal areas of training include Olympic Weightlifting, Calisthenics/Gymnastics, Lacrosse and Running. She has won Cross Country and Lacrosse national championships in Hong Kong and America and continues to compete locally and internationally. Her latest athletic accomplishment was representing Hong Kong in the 2017 Lacrosse World Cup! While loving competition, her focus is always to improve against herself and help others do the same.
Kay Kay aims to not only help people achieve their goals but exceed them through proper sport nutrition, prehab/rehab modalities and programmed training. Her passion is making people more agile, healthy and stronger than they ever thought possible - no matter their age, past injuries, or current fitness!
