It's my first time at Trybe!
YAY! We can't wait to meet you. Two things:
1) Please sign up for an account with Trybe on MindBody to reserve a spot in the class, and check out the waiver.
2) Try to get to our facility at least 15 minutes early to change, warm up,and meet the instructor!

What should I bring?
Bring a water bottle or cup with you! We encourage hydration and provide a water cooler for refills. For safety, glass containers are not allowed on our premises. If you would like to use our showers, we do provide toiletries and towels but you're welcome to bring your own.
What should I wear?
Classes are barefoot except for our strength & conditioning classes. Please do come in comfortable work-out clothing. To use aerial equipment, participants must wear clothing that is free of buttons, snaps, and zippers, and take off jewelry, hair clips, and anything else that could snag on the aerial fabric. You are required to have a shirt on in class (sorry boys). Please do not wear perfume or strongly scented products when you come to learn with us.
What classes should I take?
ALL of them! Check out our schedule and talk to the instructor before if it is your first time taking the class!

Can my kids come to classes or Open Gym with me?
If both you and your child are members at Trybe, YES, you can come to train TOGETHER! Otherwise, adult classes and Open Gym sessions are for ages 16 and above only. We do have great options for kids though - please take a look at our schedule and ask if you want to see more classes!
Please note that we must receive paperwork signed by a parent or legal guardian for each participant under age 18 before he/she may take a class.
Can my kids wait for me while I take a class?
We do not offer supervision for children outside of our scheduled kids' classes and do not allow unattended children to wait on our premises while their guardians are taking class.
Help, I bought drop-in classes and didn’t use them all before they expired!
First of all: don't worry. Check again what are the expiry dates on your credit class package.
50 Credit: 2 months from day of purchase
125 Credit: 4 months from day of purchase
250 Credit: 6 months from day of purchase
You may also extend your expiry date by purchasing a new package! Your new expiry date will be extended to the date of the new package.
Eg: If your current package is 50 credits and expires in April 1st, when you purchase another 125 credits, you extend your package by 4 months, until July 31st.

I have an unlimited membership and am going away for a while, can I put my membership on hold?
Yes! You can freeze your membership for as much time as you need, with a one time fee of HKD 500. We waive this fee for newly pregnant women and medical injuries with a doctor's note or other medical documents.
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the request, at a minimum of two weeks' advance notice. Include the dates during which you would like to freeze your membership too. That way, any membership days you have already paid for when your freeze begins will be waiting for you when your membership becomes active again; you will not lose any time!
I have an unlimited membership / credit package but for medical reasons, I need to stop working out for a while. What can I do?
First of all, we are so sad to hear that and we hope to see you again soon. We offer a 50% refund for the remainder of your package or membership with proof of medical reason to discontinue. Such circumstances will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, at the discretion of the Trybe team.

I have an unlimited membership / credit package but I have to relocate! What can I do?
We wish you the very best of course and we are sad to see you go! Come back and visit? In terms of your membership, we can offer you a one time deal to transfer your membership to a friend or family member in Hong Kong. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the request.
I’m an auto-pay member and need to put my membership on hold or cancel it. How do I give notice?
We are sad to see you go! Please give us a 30-day cancellation notice and process membership cancellations by email. Write to email@example.com.
We encourage you to reserve a spot online to hold your place in class, but drop-ins are always welcome. However, if a class is full or over-subscribed, we will ask that you kindly try another class at the same time slot or go to open gym to practice.
Please arrive early to ensure your spot; if you do not check in at the front desk by 5 minutes after the start time of class, your reserved spot will be given to a student on the waitlist. You can use our online reservation system to manage your schedule.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
Class, Open Gym and membership fees are non-refundable, save for special circumstances at the discretion of the Trybe team.
If you feel unwell during the class, please speak to the instructor within the first 30 minutes of the class and we can refund your class credits for the day.
Class reservations may be cancelled online for no penalty until 6 hours before the start time of class.
For frequent late cancellations, we will revoke your reservation privileges as it affects the opportunity for our other members to sign up for classes. We really care that you make it to the class you want, at the time that suits you best! Please speak with us directly if you have late cancelled more than 3 times in a row.
We cannot allow students to join a class more than 10 minutes after the start time, even if there is space in class and the student is already warm or fully capable of warming themselves up. This is a safety consideration for Trybe and unfortunately we cannot make exceptions to this policy.
