Active Recovery

Floor Play

Build mobility, power, and control of your own body in this class! We explore jumping and landing, falling and rolling, slides and flips, within a fun supportive environment. We will use partner work in the form of games and movement situations to help you apply these new skills in a practical context.  Click for video

Full Body Fix / Morning Mobility

This 1 hour class is about active mobility and injury detection. We combine exercises from tai chi, yoga, pilates, and gymnastics, all specifically geared to help you stay active and injury-free.  Click for video

Contemporary Dance

This class encourages personal expression in a highly physical practice. Expect to learn a blend of techniques, ranging from floor work, release, contact improvisation, Brazilian Jiujitsu, contemporary circus, and theater/ performance. We work on gaining knowledge and self awareness through your body. Our goal is to cultivate instinct and imagination, and defy your personal limits. We believe in working with your body, not against it!

There is a challenge for every body and level; no previous dance experience is necessary. We will move, sweat, play, and train.

Our Active Recovery classes are a great supplement for any physical practice and any fitness level.

Cirque

Acrobatics

Acrobatics is a whole body skill that is accessible to students of any level. Our goal is to build coordination, power, agility, flexibility, balance, and strength in a safe and positive environment. Techniques and ideas are drawn from diverse disciplines, including martial arts, capoeira, circus, dance, gymnastics, and parkour. We use safe progressions and sequences to help you develop your strength, mobility, awareness, and control.

By emphasizing the 'fun' in fundamentals, we help you rediscover how capable you really are. Each student takes the challenge to their own level; whether you are a seasoned athlete or regular desk warrior, there is something for everyone to learn!

Handstand

Ever see someone jump effortlessly into a straight solid handstand and wonder how they manage to do that? Build your fundamentals in this class! We use a variety of unique progressions and drills to teach you how to master your own body and hold yourself upside down with confidence.  Read More

Acro Adagio

Partner acrobatics is a traditional circus act performed that can be awe inspiring and sensually beautiful at the same time. Partners lift and balance each other in seemingly impossible poses and also use each other to perform acrobatic tricks.  Read More

Gymnastics

Rings

Gymnastic rings or roman rings as the circus crowd call them, are often thought of as an advanced training tool. From a strict gymnastics point of view, rings are just reserved for intermediate and advanced athletes only.  However, at Trybe, we teach everyone how to use the rings as a training tool for upper body strength.  Click for video

Tumbling

Tumbling is a form of gymnastics performed without props or equipment. Also referred to as floor gymnastics, common moves performed in tumbling include flips, somersaults, tucks, handstands and handsprings.  Read More

Strength & Conditioning

Gymnastic Conditioning

This class is about full body cardio and strength conditioning in the form of gymnastics drills and exercises. Conquer body control, get stronger and learn new skills in floorwork, rings, parallel bars. This training is open to all levels whether you are working to build strength to do a pullup or want to progress from skin the cat to muscle ups.  Read More

Strength Training

Strength training through weights and bodyweight exercises to get stronger, fitter and more athletic. Train with proper form and technique in powerlifting, weightlifting, accessory lifts and sports performance to improve body composition, speed and power while staying injury free. Our strength and conditioning classes provide a supportive environment for everyone from complete beginner to advanced athlete. Read More

Olympic Weightlifting

Learn and train under a coached program in the highly technical Olympic Lifts: Clean & Jerk and Snatch! Weightlifting is a great tool for developing full body strength, coordination, and explosive power. Open to all levels but familiarity in general weight training (e.g. squats, deadlifts, shoulder press) is recommended.

Fat Burn

High intensity interval training programmed with both strength and cardio based exercises to push your whole body to its limit! Be prepared to raise your heart rate and work up a good sweat with both equipment and bodyweight exercises!

Obstacle Course Race Training

Feeling unready for your next obstacle course race, or maybe just want to challenge yourself and train like an elite warrior? Our trainers have extensive OCR experience racing in competitive categories. We will work to develop everyone's endurance and strength. Specific tips will also be given on how to tackle problematic obstacles and race pacing.
